Do You Have a Question, Feedback, or Complaint?
At the Estonian Refugee Council (ERC), we highly value your feedback and take all complaints seriously. Our Complaints and Feedback Mechanism (CFM) is designed to provide beneficiaries, staff, partners, and other stakeholders with a safe, fair, and transparent way to express concerns regarding our programmes, commitments, or conduct. Your feedback helps us identify and address problems and improve assistance.
If you would like to receive information about the programme, learn how to register, request technical support, or submit feedback or a complaint (for example: payment delay, wrong information, or mistreatment), you may contact the Estonian Refugee Council hotline at 0-738-617-998, available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00. You can also submit your inquiry through our online platform. You can also speak to local authorities or social workers who can help you contact our organisation.
Response time can vary, but usually, simple questions may take a few days. Complaints or appeals may take 2-4 weeks. If your case needs more time, our specialists will inform you and explain the next steps.
